1. Pre-wash your hair before shampooing and apply approximately 1-2 teaspoons to your wet scalp. 2. Massage in small circular motions until a light lather forms. (The duration of this massage is a sign that the minerals have penetrated the stratum corneum.) 3. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and then continue with your usual routine, including shampooing and using a hair mask. Recommended use is up to twice a week.
