Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I chose 2 to match my hair color. Up until now, I've used a variety of popular eyebrow powders, including IPSA, KATE, and ADDICTION. IPSA...I was satisfied with the powder quality, color, and brush, but I always ended up using an inconsistent amount, and the red and orange ones ran out quickly. KATE...I liked the color, but it was a limited edition color, so I couldn't repurchase it. Addiction...The color just didn't quite match, so I chose this one. I have trouble with my eyebrows, where one side is missing a hair (tears). Even with that, I can get the job done without using a pencil. Brushes are difficult for me to use, so I use an eyebrow brush I already have. They come in both red and yellow shades, so I think it's easy to choose one that matches a variety of hair and skin tones.
I bought it thinking it would save me time. However, the color didn't really stick and it wasn't suitable for me since I don't have a tail of brows. I think it would be great for people who have well-defined brows and want a light, fluffy look.

I use the wax to fill in any gaps, and then I apply the powder from the end of my brows. It's small, so it's easy to carry around.
