Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've been interested in this famous, long-selling cleanser but never got around to it. I'm so happy to have won this prize! It absorbs well into my skin and removes makeup beautifully just by gently rubbing it in! It doesn't put any strain on my skin!
I've been using this oil cleanser since it was released. It's highly rated, and I bought it simply because it gives a clean look in one shot in the bath. I use the pink, green, and purple from Shu, and have tried other brands like Clépeau (although it's a cream), Fanl, Attea, and d-Pu, but for some reason I always come back to this one. It has a strong cleansing power but doesn't make my skin feel tight. It removes regular mascara. However, I do double cleanse, just out of habit. The large bottle lasts me about three months (I only use it at night), so I'm starting to get a little bored of it. I'm thinking about going back to Qud once I finish this one.

I bought this because it was a great value set. It emulsifies quickly and is my favorite cleanser I've ever used!
Needless to say, this is an excellent cleansing oil. It removes not only makeup but also blackheads. I don't think I'll ever use anything else again.
