Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's fine to use it as a base, but if you use it alone it will end up looking white, so I think it's best to use it as a base.
I'd been using the pre-renewal product that I'd stocked up on, but I was running low on stock, so I bought this. The liquid is lighter than the pre-renewal version, so it's less likely to clump and turn white. It feels more delicate. The curl retention is still there, and even after putting on makeup in the morning and playing all day, I checked my lashes around 9pm and they hadn't curled up. (My bangs are messy and my forehead is noticeably shiny, though) (I use Kingdom mascara.) The new version is totally fine. I'd buy it even if it was twice the price. I don't want it to run out. I'll continue to buy it regularly.
I love Usotsuki Mascara, and it has enough curl retention power on its own, but I've been wanting to buy this one for a long time, but it's more accurate to say that it's surprisingly limited in stores and I couldn't find it. For this price, the curl retention power is truly amazing. It keeps my lashes curled up for a long time. However, it does seem to turn white over time. It's fine if you apply it under mascara, but I'm not sure about using it on its own for long periods of time...it does keep the curl, though. However, I think the quality at this price is the best value for money. I'll buy it, so can you increase the number of stores that sell it? (cries)
