Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was simply amazed when I tried it out, because I can easily create perfect eyebrows with just one product. I always struggle with having to decide which one to use, but now I can do it all with just this one product, so I think it's great for everyday use and traveling. I'd like to buy a lighter color next time.
It was so easy to use, I bought it again to stock up! The color is vibrant and the makeup lasts well. I wish there were refills!

I've been searching for eyebrow products lately, and this looks like it's going to be my best find for the time being. It's super convenient, combining three items: a tip, a retractable pencil, and a gel-tipped screw brush. The pencil is soft enough to draw a solid line, so I imagine it will run out quickly. It's hard to throw it away unless you run out of all three at once. My brows tend to be oily, and most brow products are difficult to draw because they repel the oil, but this pencil really applies color. I'm happy I don't have to draw multiple times. I bought the dark brunette color. My hair is dark, so my brows blend in well. Estée Lauder products, like brow and lip products, are expensive (and run out quickly), but I keep buying them because they're so comfortable to use.
I tried it in the store and found it easy to apply, so I bought it later. I'd always preferred powder, but this product is a soft pencil, so it's stress-free and comfortable. I haven't used the included coating mascara yet. Since it's a pencil, I feel like it's not the best value for money. I'll decide whether to repurchase it depending on how long it lasts with daily use. PS: It's so smooth that the pencil runs out quickly, but it's so easy to use that I'm already on my fifth repurchase.
