How To Use

Apply glitter with the glitter tip, then blend with the glitter-filled tip. STEP 1: Apply glitter to the eyelid and under-eye bags with the glitter tip. STEP 2: Blend neatly all the way to the edge of the eye with the glitter-filled tip. *The glitter-filled tip container does not contain any solvent. *When storing upright, please store with the glitter tip side facing down.
