What it is
A cleansing balm containing 14 types of plant oils and vitamin C. The soft balm melts at body temperature and dissolves into makeup and dirt in pores, gently washing them away. Enzymes remove dead skin cells, and moisturizing ingredients prevent dryness after washing. *Ascorbic acid. product antioxidant.

How to use
1. With dry hands and face, take an appropriate amount with the spatula and gently massage it into your entire face. 2. Once makeup and dirt have been removed, rinse with water or lukewarm water.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've used many different cleansing balms, but this one is great too! I wear a lot of eye makeup, so I need a balm that removes it smoothly. It comes in a large size, so it's great value for money!

I bought these during the official Manyo clearance sale! I bought two for about 1500 yen and gave one to my mother. I don't really like the feel of them. I'm not a big fan of balms, but I bought this with my skin in mind because oils seem to cleanse too much. I'm not sure if they emulsify completely. I do double cleanse, so maybe this is better? I've been using them for a few weeks now and my skin feels great.
It's so ordinary that I don't really like it, but it's a large capacity so it never runs out. If you're using Manyo, I'd rather just go for a regular cleansing oil.
My dark spots have disappeared and my skin is beautiful!! Plus, it's easy to apply!
