How to use
1. Brush thoroughly before washing. 2. Wet your hair and scalp thoroughly and pre-wash. 3. Take an appropriate amount of KAMIKA Cream Shampoo and massage it into your scalp. Leave it for about 3 minutes before rinsing.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

My hair is naturally hard, thick, and curly, but as I've gotten older, it's gotten even drier and thinner, and even with straightening, it gets really messy after about three months... So I bought a cream shampoo I'd been interested in for a while. The scent is okay. I pre-wash thoroughly and then massage my hair into my scalp. I thought it would leave my hands sticky, but when I rinsed it, it felt refreshing, didn't leave any residue on my scalp, and my hair felt moisturized. It had been difficult to dry before, but now it's calmed down a bit... I thought it might be a good idea, but it was only for a moment. It was fine for about two days, but around the third day, my hair felt heavy. It wasn't smooth or sticky, but it felt like it was clumping together like when you wash it with soap. I don't like humidity and my scalp gets itchy, and I started to feel itchy at the back of my head. I figured it was probably because my hair was heavy and manageable, so I went back to my regular shampoo. My hair used to be so difficult to dry, but now it's a little easier, and I only need to shampoo once, which saves time, so I think it would be just right to use it about once a week.
