Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have a family member who is sensitive to scents, so I chose this oil. It's light and smooth when applied, feels good to use, and I think 100ml of oil is good value for money.
I primarily use it as a body oil. I don't massage it in because it's too much hassle, but I do smear it on my wet body after a bath and towel dry. It's like a thin layer of plastic wrap, so it keeps me warm in the winter and helps keep me warm. However, in the summer, I'm always sweating (lol). I think this oil is a little thick, so it's a bit heavy for the summer. It's unscented, so I tried adding essential oils, but that became too much of a hassle, so I ended up just using it unscented. The ingredients are safe, organic, and I can get it fairly cheaply online, so I keep buying it. I refill it into a pump bottle from another company and use it. I sometimes use it to finish my hair.
I use this oil over and over again as a carrier oil for aromatherapy massages. It has almost no scent on its own, but it can be used as is on sensitive skin or on babies. It absorbs quickly and moisturizes without being sticky. I also like that the oil doesn't have much of an oxidized smell after the massage. I wish it came in a larger bottle.
I usually fill it with my favorite essential oils. It has a lovely fragrance even when used as is. It's a gentle oil that can be used on both the face and body. I massage it into my skin after bathing, and it absorbs easily without leaving a sticky feeling, so I don't need to use any powders. The stylish glass bottle can be recycled by sending it by courier or bringing it to a store after use. I feel wasteful every time I throw away an empty cosmetic container, so I'm happy with Neal's Yard's support.
Compared to other oils, a small amount goes a long way, and it's incredibly moisturizing, so I love this product! It's also fun to mix it with your favorite aroma oils to create a fragrant massage oil. I'll definitely buy this oil next time.
