How to use
<<We recommend brushing before shampooing!>> Lightly brushing with a scalp-friendly hairbrush will loosen dirt and prevent tangles. Do this when your hair is dry. 1. Brush the entire scalp, starting from the top of your head and working your way down to your neck. 2. Slowly comb your hair from the roots to the ends to loosen tangles. 3. Comb your hair from the hairline towards the back of your head to lift up your entire scalp.

I used to use a bamboo pin brush from The Body Shop, but they discontinued it, so I bought this one. The pins are a little thin, so I thought they might irritate my scalp if I combed too hard. The size is just right and it's easy to use. I haven't found any other pin brushes made from natural materials at the moment, so I'll probably buy this again when I need to replace my hair, but the price seems a little high and I don't need the cloth bag that comes with it, so I'll leave it at this rating.
I recently purchased the larger brush. I've been using the smaller size for over 10 years, so I know how good it is! I was happy with the smaller size, but I finally bought the larger one because I thought it might be easier for scalp massage care. It's so easy to use!!! The area that touches the head is larger and more comfortable. I will definitely continue to use it. I'm very attached to the small size. I will also cherish this larger size and let the wood blend in, making it my one-of-a-kind brush. I've never used any brushes other than those from Neal's Yard, so I can't compare it to other brushes, and this review is purely for my own satisfaction.
It's been six years since I started using it. It hasn't deteriorated and I've been able to use it for six years, so I think it's pretty good value for money. I use it at night after blow-drying as a massage. I use it every day, so I can't compare it to other products, but it feels great to use and is easy to use. I believe this is why I have so few gray hairs, and I plan to continue using it. The only downside is that it's not water-resistant, so you can't wash it. That's why I only use it after blow-drying, but I do occasionally have to wipe each pin individually.
I've been using this brush for about two years! When my hair was getting very damaged and I was struggling with hair loss, I decided to start by rethinking my hairbrush. I searched online for a hairbrush that was good for my scalp, and Neil's looked like a good choice. I found a store within easy reach, so I headed there. I tried combing my hair with this brush and remember being absolutely blown away! The experience was so different that it made me wonder what kind of hairbrush I'd been using up until then and how much strain I'd been putting on my scalp! This Neil's brush has a slightly wide, rounded tip and excellent cushioning at the base. It gently yet precisely strokes my scalp, with just the right amount of comfort. It feels so soft against my scalp! At first, it was so refreshing and comfortable that I became addicted. Plus, the brush pins come with aftercare. Neil's really goes the extra mile. By the way, they offer both large and small brushes, but I definitely recommend the larger one. The area that touches your scalp changes, so you can really feel the benefits of the larger brush. I also tried the smaller one in the store, but compared to the larger one, it didn't feel much different to a regular brush. Brushing has become fun. Before, I was afraid of brushing my hair falling out, but now I think of brushing as a good massage. The pins are spaced apart, so they don't tangle. There was a time when I thought I couldn't comb my hair unless the pins were close together, but that's not true at all. It combs my hair softly and neatly. It's good value for money because you can use it for a lifetime if you own one. I would recommend it to many people.
I'd been interested in this for a while, but delayed buying one because I thought a cheap hairbrush would do the trick. I'm so glad I did! I should have bought it sooner. I have short hair without any coloring or perms, so my hair is beautiful and doesn't cause any damage, and my hairdresser says it's fine, but my scalp is very hard. However, since I started using this, my scalp has definitely become softer! I carefully brush my scalp and apply acupressure every morning and night. It's often said that the skin on your face and your scalp are connected, so scalp care is essential for beautiful skin. It doesn't create static electricity, so I recommend it for people with long hair.
