I received this as a gift! After using it for a week, the sebum in my pores has calmed down and my rough skin has improved dramatically. The pump type makes it a little difficult to use, but it's very moisturizing and leaves my skin feeling soft after washing. It's a little pricey, so I recommend it as a treat for yourself or as a gift. The lovely scent soothes me every day.
It's expensive, but I've been using it for a long time. It smells nice, and the best thing about it is that you don't have to lather it up in the morning. It's also very moisturizing, so I plan to continue using this as my morning face wash.
I think this is a strange cleanser. I used to use it, but before I knew it, I was using something else. (I'm not sure why I stopped using it...maybe it was the price?) It's often said that cleansing your face is the first step to improving your skin's condition. I've tried Martina's double cleansing with milk cleanser, Dr. Hauschka's milk cream and paste cleanser, Jurlique and Chanel's double cleansing with milk cream and foam (it worked for sensitive skin! But the fragrance was so strong I gave up), and THREE's oil cleanser and foam cleanser. Until now, my usual pattern was that cleansing was fine, but after washing my face, my skin would become dry, wrinkled, and crinkly... I wondered what to do, and I tried various cleansers that were supposed to be for sensitive skin, hoping to find a cleanser that wouldn't cause wrinkles. Then I suddenly remembered this cleanser I used to use. The price might have made me give up on using it back then, but now I can't afford to worry about that anymore; my skin is in trouble. I've even tried ones that were much more expensive than this! So I asked the store clerk. "It's especially popular with people who don't like washing their faces with soap." Yes, that's it! I absolutely can't stand soap either! I bought it right away and went home. I wet my face (which is naturally wet after I've rinsed off the cleanser) and dispensed two or three pumps of the product, rubbing it in. Pressing it gently against my face, or rather, gently pressing my palms against it, then removing them, repeatedly, before rinsing it off with lukewarm water. It's easy because I don't need to lather it up! And it leaves my face feeling moisturized. My skin is no longer dull and my complexion is brighter. Is it because my skin is so moisturized? It's completely different from my previous face washes! I don't have to rush to apply lotion! I'm not sure about blackheads or pore problems. If I start to feel dissatisfied, I'll probably get a separate gommage or something. It doesn't dry out my skin, yet leaves it feeling clean, refreshing, and hydrated. I wonder why I'd forgotten about this... My face-cleanser gypsy journey is over!!
I really like this. I'm looking for a non-foaming cleanser because I find it a pain to lather my face in the morning, and I found this one. I pump three pumps into my palm, apply it to my skin, add a little water to the remaining amount, create a light lather, gently massage my face, and then rinse. You add water to create a light lather, but it's not so foamy that it's a total pain. It feels like my skin is moisturizing while I wash, which I think is perfect for winter. The feeling after rinsing is similar to that after using a cleansing cream or cleansing milk. It's not sticky at all, and leaves my skin feeling plump. I also like the pump design and the cute container. I'd like to try the frankincense one. My only complaint is that it seems to run out quickly. I wish it was a larger bottle.
I've been using the frankincense facial wash and I've been enjoying it, but when I found out that there was an orange flower version, I decided to buy it too. It also has a lovely scent. It leaves my skin feeling moisturized without drying out. I don't think it's a great value for the money. I only use it in the morning, but it runs out quickly. I wish it was a little more affordable.
