Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought I'm Mute Lipstick 02in. It's quite matte and my lips have become a little chapped, so when I use it together with Care Lip, it feels really good! It's a color that will go well with the coming season.
It was so popular that it was almost sold out at the MatsuKiyo I visited. I've only been using glossy products lately, so I was wondering how a matte one would turn out, but it was pretty good. The semi-matte texture blends well with the skin, but doesn't feel dry, so I think it's easy to use even for people in their 50s. I recommend layering it with an outer shade, but even if you apply just one, it creates a three-dimensional effect.
