What it is
Set contents: 1 x Basic Cream 20g (full size), 1 x Wipto Soap 15g (full size), 1 x Reply Lotion 50mL (full size), 1 x Duo Cream 5g (full size), 4 x Pure Cotton Pads (2 sheets per pack). The Shell Couleur Trial Set includes four essential products that allow you to try out the most important skincare routines: double cleansing, moisturizing, and protection. This set contains approximately a week's worth of products from the Nature Pou series, which focuses on balancing your skin. (If you use the lotion pack, this is enough for 3-4 days.)

How to use
Basic Cream: Take an appropriate amount (about 4cm) on dry hands and face, and blend for about 1 minute, then rinse. Wipto Soap: Lather up an appropriate amount (1-2cm) well, then wash your face for about 10 seconds, then rinse. Reply Lotion: Take an appropriate amount (about the size of a 500 yen coin) in your hand and blend it into your entire face. (Apply 2-3 times.) *You can also soak a cotton pad entirely, peel it off into 4-5 pieces, and use it as a mask (5-7 minutes). Duo Cream: Blend an appropriate amount (about the size of a pearl) into your entire face.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
