What it is
The rich, thick cream melts into the skin, gently loosening the stratum corneum that has become stiff due to dryness, and quickly removing makeup. It changes from a cream to a smooth oil-like texture, making it easier for makeup to blend in and reducing the feeling of friction on the skin. It also thoroughly removes not only makeup stains but also sebum, which causes pores to stand out, leaving skin moisturized and smooth.

How to use
1. Without wetting your face or hands, take a small amount (about the size of a cherry) into your clean palm. 2. Place on your forehead and both cheeks, then gently massage over your entire face using your middle and ring fingers in a circular motion from the inside out. 3. Once the makeup has lifted, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. * Do not wet your face or hands before use. * Use a facial cleanser after cleansing. * Be sure to rinse thoroughly around your face and hairline, ensuring no residue remains.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's perfect for winter cleansing or when you've applied dry base makeup. A sales associate at Suzykirei told me, "If you just cleanse your face to achieve the optimal oil balance when double cleansing, it can leave your skin feeling a little heavy." I was starting to feel like products that didn't require double cleansing were too strong and I didn't want to use them continuously, so after using the sample, I was convinced this was it! It was a great purchase! Thanks to the various oils, it removes most makeup, unless it's extremely waterproof. The trick to using it is to apply the cream and swirl it around until it warms up and becomes lighter, but this takes a while, so I recommend swirl it around until it feels lighter.
