What it is
Decensia focuses on the power of the good bacteria "Toskin Flora", which is the key to moisturized and bright skin. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I usually use the Moist S/C Concentrate, but I was concerned about dullness, so I bought this. I use the Decenssia line, but it doesn't have an immediate effect, so I'll wait for the results to show over time. My skin is prone to irritation, so I recommend Decenssia products because they are less likely to irritate my skin!
I use two pumps only at night after using Wrinkle O/L Concentrate. I don't have any noticeable blemishes yet, but I wanted to prevent them, so I bought this serum from the trusted brand Decenssia. It's creamy and easy to spread, and it's surprisingly moisturizing. I also use Wrinkle O/L Concentrate, so I'm not sure if it's the effect of that, but my dullness the next morning has disappeared. This is a welcome effect. I've always found whitening care difficult for my sensitive skin, but this is completely non-irritating and safe to use. I plan to use it again except in the dead of winter.
It's thick and not sticky, yet incredibly moisturizing, leaving your skin feeling plump and bouncy. I applied it at night and went to bed, and even after washing my face the next morning, my skin still felt moist and bouncy. Since I used a sample, I couldn't tell if it had any whitening effects, but I think it's a good skincare product. It didn't have a strong scent or any irritation.
I've been using it for about a month now, and the spots on my cheeks seem to be gradually fading. It spreads easily and only a small amount is needed, which is helpful. I'd like to continue using it for a while.
