What it is
This powder eyebrow refill contains three shades: dark, medium, and light, creating soft, natural, three-dimensional gradient eyebrows and nose shadows for a three-dimensional look. This four-in-one product can be used as eyebrow and nose shadow, as well as eyeshadow and under-eye bag makeup. *This product is a refill, so no case is included.

How to use
Apply an appropriate amount of powder to the brush and use it as eyebrow or nose shadow. Place it in the Kate Designing Eyebrow 3D case (sold separately) and use the Kate Designing Eyebrow 3D brush (sold separately).

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I won an X campaign and received the actual product! Thank you :) The greige brown shade EX-13 has low saturation and the bottom color is quite light, so it seems like it will be easy to create thin eyebrows that are on trend. The powder is fluffy and tends to fly off a bit, but if you apply it a few times with a brush it blends in nicely. It comes with a mirror, but it's vertical and at the opposite angle to the eyebrows, and it's small, so I ended up not using it. Personally, I prefer the clear packaging so I can see what color it is from the outside rather than the black packaging and mirror. That said, I'm generally happy with it, so I'll keep using it for a while! Thank you :)
I've bought it many times! It lasts until the evening without smudging. However, it usually breaks halfway through, so I've never used it all... The darkest color always ends up being left over, so it's a waste.
I've always used a pencil to draw my eyebrows, but I wanted to create softer, more fluffy eyebrows, so I bought this! It was my first time using this product, but the color lasted well, and it's a powder that can also be used as nose shadow, so I'm happy with it. ◎ It's also reasonably priced, so I recommend it.
