US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.

This face wash is great value for money! I want to use it again!!
It was a soft, slightly brown type that produced a firm lather and didn't leave my skin feeling tight at all. At first, I was bothered by the scent, but it stopped bothering me as I continued to use it.
I am currently using my second bottle. It lathers well and leaves a fluffy foam for washing your face. It has a faint, gentle scent. It feels very refreshing, and I feel it suits my oily skin (because I feel like I have less skin troubles when I use this face wash). It's so refreshing, but now that I'm at an age where dryness is a concern, I need to moisturize my skin properly right after washing my face.
I liked the product before the renewal so I bought it. It feels less scrubby than before and I think it's gentler on the skin, but I feel it's a little lacking. I like the smooth feeling it leaves after washing. I liked the product before the renewal so I'm a little disappointed.
I used up two bottles. When I use it in a net, it creates a firm, thick lather. It washes well and has little friction, so it doesn't irritate the skin. I bought it because it seems to be good for pore care, but the clay mask from the same manufacturer is more effective for pore care. I use it about twice a week, and it's a facial cleanser that I would like to continue buying in the future. After washing, my skin feels refreshed and not tight.
