When you apply the light balm to your skin, it melts instantly and transforms into a smooth oil. When water is added, it turns into a milky lotion that can be easily washed off, leaving the skin moisturized and smooth. How to use
Do not wet your hands or face before use. Take an appropriate amount in the palm of your hand and spread it over your entire face. Use a circular motion to remove makeup and impurities, then add water to emulsify and rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've always had dry skin issues, but since I started using this product, I no longer have to worry about it! I can really feel that it removes makeup well, and it's refreshing and comfortable to use.
I bought it because I could use limited-time points on Rakuten. It was easy to tell the amount by scooping it with a Baskin-Robbins spoon. Use it on dry hands and face. It spreads well and does not cause friction on the skin. Remove heavy eye makeup with remover beforehand. Your skin will feel moisturized and soft, and absorbent. You may not need to use various items afterwards, as you only need toner and a light emulsion.
I received a sample jar and used it for about a week. At first, it felt like a hard balm. Since it was a sample size, it was difficult to get it off. It's as thick as beeswax. However, the moment you put it on your skin, it melts into a thick oil. It's very smooth, and even if you rub it in, you don't have to worry about it irritating your skin. It's easy to rinse off, and there's no stickiness or feeling of a coating on your skin. But it doesn't dry out or make your skin feel tight. It feels really nice. My skin feels softer somehow. It removes makeup without any problems, and I plan to buy the full version.
I tried a mini-sized sample of the cleansing balm that you previously purchased and it was really good. When I put it on my face, it turns into an oil and my makeup comes off easily. There is no tightness after washing. The cleanser I'm using now is also very good, so I don't think I'll be buying the full-sized product anytime soon, but it's so good that I wrote a review. However, if I get the chance, I'd like to buy it.
I usually use Double Wear Stay-in-Place foundation, but I found it a little difficult to remove when cleansing. This balm removed it thoroughly, with minimal damage to the skin, and no need for a second wash, which was convenient. It was the first time I'd ever had my makeup removed so cleanly, and I was impressed. The balm melts easily when you spread it, making it easy to use. My skin felt refreshed after washing, and there was no drying effect. It didn't come with a spatula, so you'll need to bring your own.
