How to use
Do not curl your lashes all at once. Instead, press down 3-4 times, moving from the base to the tip, to achieve a natural, beautiful curve. . Pressing down too hard on your lashes or pulling them while pinching them may cause them to break or fall out. Replace the rubber if it becomes worn. (For replacement rubber, please use our sister product, Spare Rubber No. 152.)

Despite suffering from terrible inverted eyelashes for years, I've found curlers for my lower lashes difficult to use, so I've put them off. However, recently they've been sticking so tightly to my pupils that I finally decided to give them a try. I found this and bought it. To begin with, lower lash curlers look a little scary (lol), and even after researching, I saw a lot of reviews saying they're difficult to use and don't lift my lashes, but for me, it's so easy to grip and use that I wonder why I didn't try it sooner! The fact that it only holds a relatively small amount at a time makes it easy to block. Lower lash curlers are a niche item, so they're sold in few places (I found mine at Matsumoto Kiyoshi), so I want to stock up on them while I can, in case I run out!
I bought this as a spot curler for my lower lashes and other fine areas, and as an accent for the outer corners of my eyes. I have quite curly lashes and wanted to curl them nicely. I have thick, long lashes, and I use it on the inner and outer corners of my upper lashes (I'm not good at curling my lower lashes, so I don't get it right). The included rubber bands are quite stiff, so I'm worried about damaging my lashes... They seem to have almost no elasticity. I also have Shiseido's mini eyelash curler, so I used a replacement rubber band from that, and this curler does a better job! However, the sizes are slightly different, so they tend to come off easily, which is a bit stressful... It's small (thin), so it's good for maneuverability, but I'm still not sure what to do with the replacement rubber bands, so I might write another review if I find a good one.
