How to use
This is an environmentally friendly and economical refill. Be sure to refill into the Chifure Whitening Lotion TA container. 1. Wash the inside of the Chifure Whitening Lotion TA (180mL) container and cap thoroughly with warm water (avoid boiling water) and dry thoroughly. 2. Cut off the tip of the spout along the dotted line. (Please be careful not to hold the pouch too tightly, as the contents may splash out.) 3. Insert the spout into the mouth of the container and slowly pour in the contents. 4. After refilling, record the manufacturing code or cut it out and keep it. It may be required if you have any questions about the product.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
