What it is
This product contains a four-times more concentrated version of the high-concentration propolis extract produced in our own factory in Japan. It contains 12% propolis when converted to our original concentrate. It prevents dryness on hands, fingertips, elbows, and knees, and even stubborn cracked heels, leaving them moist and smooth with just a massage. It's free of preservatives, fragrances, and colorings. The "peppermint-free" version can be used on both the body and face. *Packaging may change without notice.

How to use
Apply an appropriate amount to your skin. Discontinue use if you experience any skin abnormalities or if the product does not suit your skin. If you experience redness, swelling, itchiness, irritation, discoloration (white spots, etc.) or darkening during or after use, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist. Due to the high concentration of propolis, the product may stain clothing, sheets, pillows, etc.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's a jar that fits snugly in the palm of your hand. It's filled right up to the brim. The texture is like a super thick balm. It's hard, but surprisingly spreads well. I thought it had very high moisturizing power. If you use too much, it can get sticky, so a small amount is fine. I also think it's good value for money. It's also said to be good for insect bites, so I plan to use it when I get bitten by a mosquito this summer. However... it has a unique propolis scent that may be quite divisive. To be honest, I'm not a big fan...
The scent is unique, but despite its thick texture, it spreads easily and is easy to absorb, and it moisturizes dry, flaky areas so well, which is great! My kids also get dry skin, so I wish they sold a larger quantity so the whole family could use it.

Those sensitive to scents may find it both appealing and unappealing. It also contains petroleum jelly, so it leaves a sticky feeling for a while after application. Propolis is packed with flavonoids, essential for beauty. So, I'm currently applying it to some of my irritated skin. I used to suffer from severe atopic dermatitis, and the only areas where it would show up were my hands. There were days when I would apply it all over my face, but the propolis scent is quite distinctive. But simple is best, and I personally think the texture and flavonoids are amazing!
