What it is
A "darker black" than "jet black". An impact line drawn with one stroke. An applicator-type liquid eyeliner that pursues a darker and deeper color. By creating a uniform makeup film, it reflects light and creates a lacquer-like shine. By bringing about a three-dimensional effect, it further enhances the density. It uses a mountain-shaped brush with moderate stiffness that holds the liquid well and fits the edge of the eyelid and the outer corner of the eye. You can freely draw thick and thin lines. It creates an ironclad impact line. It is a water-based liquid base, but it has a waterproof effect. The uniform base continues to adhere flexibly to eyelids that move a lot, and keeps the beautiful eyeliner finish as it was drawn. It can be easily removed with hot water. Although it has a waterproof effect, the base softens when mixed with hot water, allowing you to remove your makeup without feeling any burden. An iconic design with a rose motif. Designer Anna. How to use
Adjust the amount of liquid in the brush tip at the opening of the container before use. .Draw a line from the inner corner of the eye to the outer corner, following the edge of the eyelashes. .When removing makeup, rub it in with lukewarm water.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's a black liquid with green glitter in it, and although it looks ordinary at first glance, it has a subtle sparkle and is cute. The color is good, but it tends to be a little uneven, so rather than applying it in one go, it's better to squeeze the brush properly and then apply it multiple times to get a nicer look.
It's a bright purple with a shimmery finish that won't come off easily and adds a touch of glamour to your eyes. The brush is a little thick, so it tends to get on your eyelashes. I recommend applying it to the outer corner of your eye as an accent, avoiding your eyelashes. The green and red shades were also cute.
It comes off if you rub it. The packaging is cute.
I bought 001 Black. The color is vibrant and sweat-resistant, but when I use it as is, it goes on too thick and I end up having to redo my eye makeup. I love liquid eyeliner and use a variety of them, but with this one, it's difficult to create a flicked-up line at the outer corner of my eye. I wish the brush had a bit more stiffness so it would be easier to apply.
I purchased the red #400. Some people seem to be concerned about uneven color, but since I only use it on the outer corners of my eyes, it didn't bother me. It's easy to draw a flick of eyeliner on the outer corners of my eyes, and being waterproof means the color lasts well, which I like. I tend to get watery eyes and I often use eye drops, so waterproof eyeliner is essential for me, but this eyeliner is water-resistant, so I don't have to worry. I have a pencil-type red eyeliner, but I personally prefer the liquid type because it's easier to apply and has better color payoff. I'm also interested in the purple #200, so I'd like to get one when I have the money.
