Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this after reading this review. As other people have written, it is a lotion like milky lotion. I have been using this lotion ever since I discovered it!
I was very grateful to win the lotion and received it! The ceramides are great for dry skin, and I think I'll be able to get through this winter. The texture is so thick you wouldn't think it was a lotion, and it feels super moisturizing.
I like Dr. Jart+'s Cicapair Cream, but this was my first time using their lotion. The thick texture makes it a perfect lotion for the dry autumn and winter months. The scent is a little herbal, and even though I have sensitive skin, I didn't feel any irritation when I used it! It's very moisturizing and leaves my skin feeling plump! I'd like to use it a little more!
I received this as a gift and am using it. Usually it's hard to choose a lotion or lotion because it's hard to choose one that suits me, but since I started using this, it suits my skin and my rough skin has improved. I plan to continue using it. I also want to recommend it to my friends and family.
I apply this at night and when I wake up in the morning, my skin feels revived. It may not be as moisturizing as other products in the dry winter months, so I recommend combining it with a cream.
