How to use
Take an appropriate amount (about 3 pumps) into the palm of your hand, blend it well with your makeup, and then rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water. If your hands or face are very wet, lightly dry them before use. Be careful not to let water get into the container.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was looking for a cleanser that was OK for eyelash extensions, so I bought this. It feels like a milky lotion or serum, and I was impressed with how gentle it was on the skin and didn't irritate it. It also felt like it didn't remove as much makeup, but it didn't cause any irritation, so I'm sure it did, and I'll keep using it. It also has a great scent, so it's soothing to remove makeup. I'm sure I'll buy it again.
The faint tropical scent is soothing. With two pumps, it spreads smoothly over the entire face, adsorbs firmly, and blends in with makeup. With three pumps, it maintains a milky feel and removes makeup. It leaves your face feeling so refreshed that you don't even need to wash your face twice.
Milk Cleansing This is my first milk cleansing product from Laesis. The appropriate amount seems to be 3 pumps, but even a small amount goes a long way! It feels like you gently massage it in and then remove it. It contains multiple moisturizing ingredients, so it leaves your skin feeling moisturized even after washing and doesn't feel tight. The nice scent is a gorgeous floral scent that is comfortable.
