What it is
This moisturizing cream has a rich, thick texture that keeps skin hydrated. It contains five types of human ceramides. It also contains soy-derived ingredients that increase moisture retention and the emollient squalane that keeps skin soft. It prevents moisture loss and maintains a moist, hydrated look. It is free of alcohol (ethanol), parabens, fragrances, colorings, and mineral oil. *This product is a refill and does not come with a bottle.

Take a bean-sized amount in the palm of your hand and gently massage it into your skin using the pads of your fingers. [How to refill] 1. Wash the container and cap thoroughly and dry them thoroughly. 2. Cut off the spout from the refill bag. 3. Refill the entire amount into the main container.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
