How to use
[Moisturizing Facial Soap] Lather well in the palm of your hand before use. Rinse thoroughly. [Moisturizing Penetrating Water Moist Rich] Dispense a 100-yen coin-sized amount into your palm and gently press it into your entire face. [Moisturizing Emulsion] Dispense a 100-yen coin-sized amount into your palm and gently press it into your entire face. [Moisturizing Cleansing] Dispense 2-3 cm into your dry palm and gently massage it over your entire face. Once the gel has blended with your makeup and softened, rinse with lukewarm water. Double cleanse if necessary. [Moisturizing Facial Cleanser] Dispense an appropriate amount (approximately 1-2 cm) into your palm and lather well before use. Rinse thoroughly. [Moisturizing Penetrating Water Balancing] Dispense a 100-yen coin-sized amount into your palm and gently press it into your entire face. [Moisturizing Serum] Dispense a 100-yen coin-sized amount into your palm and gently press it into your entire face. [Moisturizing cream] Take a bean-sized amount in the palm of your hand and gently apply it to your skin using the pads of your fingers.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
