Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The price has gone up by about 1,000 yen since it was discontinued, but I still can't let it go. It's fragrance-free, so it's easy to use even if you're sensitive to scents, and the great thing about it is that it doesn't dry out your lips. It's well-moisturizing and doesn't dry out over time. I think the color retention is average. The color doesn't look cheap, and it has a sophisticated, mature color. It goes well with any makeup and can be used both on and off the job. It's a product I'd like to keep in stock while I can still get my hands on it.
The color is perfect for warm spring skin tones. It's an exquisitely sophisticated color. It makes your lips look plump. However, there's a high chance that using this will make your lips look rough (;_;)
I love the coral pink color, which blends well with my skin and makes my face look brighter.
I wanted a brown shade, so I bought 333. It has great pigmentation and a semi-matte finish. While it may vary depending on your skin tone, mine turned out to be an orange-brown. It's a very vibrant color, so I recommend it for those who wear heavy makeup.
The application was very smooth! The color is not too flashy and is easy to use. I enjoy applying the gloss from the collaboration between Estée Lauder and Ladurée on top of this.
