What it is
This lotion is luxuriously formulated with a blend of essential oils and herbal waters. Its "synchronized penetration formula" provides a refreshing, direct penetration*, blending seamlessly into the skin without being repelled by sebum. Formulated with soothing plant-derived ingredients, it replenishes moisture deep into the skin. It refines rough, rough skin texture, leaving it smooth and silky. The calming fragrance leaves a refreshing, firming feeling. *Deep into the stratum corneum. *This product is a refill; no bottle is included.

How to use
Take an appropriate amount (2-3 pumps) into your hand. While enjoying the scent, gently massage the product into your skin, starting from the center of your face and working outward. Cover your entire face with both hands. Refill Instructions and Cautions: 1. Slowly tear off the product in the direction of the arrow as shown. [Illustration] *Please refill with clean, dry hands. If you hold the refill too tightly when cutting, the contents may spill out. 2. Insert the spout into the bottle to secure it, then hold the refill with one hand as shown in the illustration and slowly pour in the product. [Illustration] *Hold the bottle with one hand and be careful not to tip it over. Be sure to refill into the "THREE Balancing Stem Lotion" bottle and avoid mixing with other products. Before refilling, thoroughly wash the pump and bottle with tap water. Press the pump several times to remove any remaining contents and moisture. After draining, allow the bottle to dry completely. When refilling, refill the entire amount at once. Do not add more. For hygienic use, we recommend replacing the container with a new one after refilling twice. After refilling, please note down the manufacturing code of this refill. You may need it when making inquiries.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Lately, I've become completely enthusiastic about THREE. At first, I used the moisturizing type in the pinkish container, but I was bothered by the thick consistency of the lotion, so I tried this stem. I found it refreshing and the scent was more woody and forest-like than citrus, which I really liked. I think people's perception of scent varies, but I've become addicted to THREE's lovely, natural, aromatic, herbal scent. It's fun to switch between the stem in the morning and in the summer. The price is also more reasonable than Pola or FAS, so I plan to continue using it.
I bought this from the mini size section of the Suzykirei store. I thought I was buying a cleansing oil, but when I got home, I saw it was a lotion. It was a complete misunderstanding. I decided to give it a try, and when I applied it to my face without any prior knowledge, I was surprised by the scent and cooling sensation, which reminded me of a men's tonic. "Wait, is this supposed to be that kind of thing?" I was like. I don't have particularly sensitive skin, so it didn't sting, but it could be quite strong. The scent and menthol feel reminded me of a traditional men's tonic... it just wasn't to my liking, but the fact that a small amount is quite moisturizing suggests that the quality is good.
