What it is
This moisturizer, with a refreshing gel-milk texture, is luxuriously formulated with the bounty of botanicals. The "Smoothing Veil Formula" evenly and finely emulsifies the ingredients, creating a smooth texture on the skin, instantly blending in without stickiness and leading to healthy-looking skin. It contains carefully selected plant extracts and oils to soothe rough skin, and also contains add-on ingredients that support the skin's barrier function. While thoroughly retaining moisture, it leaves skin with a refined, smooth texture and a clean, fresh look. *This product is a refill; the bottle is not included.

How to use
Take an appropriate amount (2-3 pumps) into your hand. While enjoying the scent, gently massage the product into your skin, starting from the center of your face and working outward. Cover your entire face with both hands. Refill Instructions and Cautions: 1. Slowly tear off the product in the direction of the arrow as shown. [Illustration] *Please refill with clean, dry hands. If you hold the refill too tightly when cutting, the contents may spill out. 2. Insert the spout into the bottle to secure it, then hold the refill with one hand as shown in the illustration and slowly pour in the product. [Illustration] *Hold the bottle with one hand and be careful not to tip it over. Be sure to refill into the "THREE Balancing Stem Moisturizer" bottle and avoid mixing with other products. Thoroughly wash the pump and bottle with tap water before refilling. Press the pump several times to remove any remaining contents and moisture. After draining, allow the bottle to dry completely. When refilling, refill the entire amount at once. Do not add more. For hygienic use, we recommend replacing the container with a new one after refilling twice. After refilling, please note down the manufacturing code of this refill. You may need it when making inquiries.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

This moisturizing lotion is soft and easy to use. It's not too sticky, which is nice. I also like the luxurious packaging of the bottle.
I received a pouch sample. Thank you. As described as a cosmetic gel in the place of a lotion, it has a texture that doesn't drip easily and is easy to use. It has a woody scent. It evaporates in about 5 minutes, so it's easy to use. It has moisturizing properties and feels like you're applying cream. I received samples of the whole series, and since they all have the same scent, it seems like it would be easy to use as a line. (Since it evaporates quickly, I thought it wouldn't be unpleasant to mix with other products.)
It's a bit pricey but it seems to last a long time!
