How to use
For 1-2 weeks until your skin gets used to the product, apply an appropriate amount to dry areas every other day after washing your face at night and toning with lotion. After 3 weeks, use it on your entire face as part of your daily skincare routine. Store in the refrigerator after opening. *Please avoid using with other products that are more irritating.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've struggled with acne for many years, but using the cosrx line has made a huge difference. Retinol is known for being harsh, but this product is safe for beginners and seems to be effective on acne scars and pores. I'll definitely be buying it again!

On the first day, I was nervous because it was my first time using pure retinol. I've been using it every day for a week, and it only felt a little dry, but I haven't had any reaction. It's only moderately effective on pores, but it really firmed my skin. I even applied it to my décolleté, and my neck peeled. There were times when it peeled more, so I should have taken a photo. At first, I thought it was dirt. I didn't mind the rumored onion smell. I'm aiming for 0.3 when they have a mega sale. Biore foaming face wash → Anua pdrn → large pack → Medicube niacinamide beauty → retinol → Biohealbo cream → Vaseline
I was worried about the A reaction when I used it for the first time, so I started using it with Eye Op first, and recently it became available for use on the entire face, so I started using it on my neck. Since I didn't have any A reaction on my neck, I think I'll start using it on my face too (*^^*)
The acne scars are clearly fading (;;) (;;) and the effect is so fast you can see it even halfway through the first bottle! I definitely recommend this to anyone who is concerned about acne scars.
