How to use
Take an appropriate amount in the palm of your hand and mix with cold or lukewarm water to create a cream. Apply to your face and rinse thoroughly. *Due to the nature of the product, it may foam, but this does not affect the quality.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I apply it to my face, add a little warm water, emulsify it into a cream, massage it in, and then rinse it off. It feels great and was perfect for me.
It doesn't feel tight after washing, so it suits me. I'm running out and want to buy more, but I keep checking online stores and they're always out of stock. Please replenish it soon.
