Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's affordable and doesn't dry out your hair, so it's easy to use on a daily basis. The scent isn't too strong, so it's easy to use even for people with long hair. The conditioner was a bit runny, so I personally would have preferred it if it had a richer texture.

I had been using silicone-free shampoo for a long time, but I was struggling to find one that suited me. I suddenly thought I'd give Lux, a long-standing brand, a try, and it was amazing. What made me happiest was that my hair loss has decreased! I wondered if it was because of the season or my age, but it seems the shampoo just wasn't right for me. It makes my hair smooth, is inexpensive, and smells nice, so I wish I had started using it sooner.
I tried it while I was in the hospital and it was great! The scent and shine were great, and I also liked the slim bottle! I have long hair, but it's no problem.
