1. Open the cap. 2. Press the bottle to dispense the liquid up to the measuring line. (Approx. 40mL) 3. Add 40mL of this product to the bath water (180L), stir well and take a bath. 4. After use, close the cap tightly and do not wash the measuring cup with water.
