What it is
This in-bath brush is made of medium-thick and extra-thin pins of different lengths, planted using our unique technology. It can be used for multiple purposes, such as washing when shampooing and cleansing, massaging, and blending treatments.

[When cleansing] 1 Use the pads of your fingers to work the cleanser into your entire scalp. 2 Use a brush to spread the cleanser over your entire scalp. 3-1 When you want to thoroughly remove dirt: Use zigzag movements. 3-2 When you want to massage: Use circular movements. 4 Rinse thoroughly to ensure no residue remains, then shampoo. [When treating] 1 Work the treatment into your hair. 2 Remove tangles from the ends. 3 Slowly comb your hair from top to bottom. 4 Rinse thoroughly until it is no longer sticky.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

My husband also likes it! Unlike cheap products, it really reaches the pores.
It's soft and gentle to wash with. I didn't feel like I was getting a massage at all, and it was almost too soft, so it felt like a brush designed specifically for washing. Shaking it back and forth quickly made my hair get tangled. The brush was too soft, so it was difficult to move it in one direction along my scalp. It seems like it takes some skill to wash properly. The John Masters brush was too hard, and this one was too soft, so it looks like it'll be a while before I find a brush I like.
I thought the brush might be a little weak, but when I used it, it bent just right and felt great. There were so many different head spa brushes to choose from, and I was really torn between them, but I'm glad I chose this one.
