Can be used with wet hands. Pump 2-3 times onto palm and rub thoroughly with fingertips onto foundation, makeup and skin impurities. Rinse off with cold or lukewarm water. If hands or face are very wet, lightly squeeze out excess water before use. No facial cleanser is required after this, but if you prefer a fresher wash, you can use a facial cleanser.
