How to use
Can be used with wet hands. Pump 2-3 times into the palm of your hand and blend thoroughly with your fingertips to remove makeup such as foundation and other impurities from your skin. Then rinse with water or lukewarm water. If your hands or face are very wet, lightly dry them before use. No facial cleanser is necessary after this, but you can use one if you prefer a more refreshing feeling after washing.

Do you offer express shipping?

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Fancl's famous cleansers leave makeup residue, so I was impressed that this one removed it in one go. I pumped two or three pumps and rubbed it all over my face. It came off without rubbing. It even came off with water. Honestly, I haven't noticed any of the advertised effects on pores, but I think it's amazing that it has such cleansing power without drying or tightness.
