What it is
Since its release, the iroha INTIMATE WASH [FOAM TYPE] in Bergamot and Bitter Orange scent has been a favorite of many customers, and now an eco-friendly refill is available to ensure continued use. Its fine foam gently and thoroughly removes impurities. Formulated with moisturizing ingredients*2 to address dullness*1 and dryness, it leaves skin feeling moisturized and soft. By using the refill, you can reduce plastic usage by one-tenth compared to the bottle itself. *1: Dead skin cells and impurities *2: Glycerin, sodium hyaluronate, hydrolyzed collagen *This product is a refill; the bottle itself is not included.

How to use
1: Dispense an appropriate amount into wet hands. *Approximately 2 pumps per wash. 2: Gently wash in a circular motion, enveloping your hands in the foam. 3: Rinse thoroughly to ensure no residue remains. <Refilling Instructions> 1: Cut the pack. Hold the spout firmly and cut along the dotted line in the direction of the arrow. *Holding the bag too tightly may cause the liquid to splash out. 2: Pour into the bottle. Insert the spout firmly into the opening of the bottle and slowly pour the contents in. After opening, refill the entire contents at once. <Refilling Precautions> To maintain the quality of the contents, always refill into an empty Iroha Intimate Wash Foam Type container. To prevent the introduction of germs, do not wash the dedicated bottle. If you wash it, be sure to dry it completely before refilling. For hygienic use, we recommend using a new Iroha Intimate Wash Foam Type after refilling the dedicated bottle twice. * Be sure to use up the entire bottle before refilling. Also, do not mix with water or other products. * After refilling, record the serial number printed on the bottom of the bag, or cut it out and attach it to the bottle. You may need this information when making inquiries.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
