Talika's Lash Conditioning Cleanser is a cleanser that thoroughly cleanses and cares for the eye area. Its oil-free formula effectively removes makeup while maintaining moisture in the delicate eye area. How to use
Soak a cotton pad with two pumps of product. Apply the cotton pad to your eyelids and eyelashes and gently wipe away excess. * Use on dry skin. No rinsing is required. Caution: If the following symptoms occur after using this product, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist. Continuing use may worsen the symptoms. Do not use on areas with cuts, swelling, eczema, or other skin problems. 1) If you experience redness, swelling, itching, irritation, discoloration (white spots, etc.), or darkening during use. 2) If symptoms 1) appear after exposure to direct sunlight after use. Avoid contact with eyes. If product gets into eyes, rinse immediately without rubbing. If you experience a foreign body sensation or other irritation after use, consult an ophthalmologist. Do not store in extremely hot or body-warm places or in direct sunlight. Use as soon as possible after opening. Keep out of reach of infants and children.

Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
