After bathing or showering, take an appropriate amount in the palm of your hand and massage it into your entire body until absorbed.
The scent is a strong mint citrus scent. When I use it after my morning shower, it wakes me up and makes me feel refreshed. When I apply it, it leaves a slight cooling sensation and is absorbed into the skin immediately. It spreads well and is not sticky, so it's great for busy mornings. It's light, but also has a decent amount of moisturizing power. It's a perfect product for summer, so I'd like to buy it again next year.
I've always loved the scent and design of Neal's Yard, and have been using several of their products for a long time. I recently tried this body lotion, and I'm very happy with how it feels to use. It's not sticky and is absorbed into the skin, so I don't mind putting on clothes right after applying it, and the scent is natural and relaxing, and I feel soothed every time I use it.
