Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's a watery lotion, so it doesn't feel heavy even when layered. It leaves my skin feeling moisturized, and I'm also happy that it's fragrance-free. I like the feel of it, but I like to use a lot of lotion, so it's a shame that the amount is so small. It's great for traveling. I used up the existing amount so quickly, so I wish there was a double amount.

It was neither good nor bad. I don't really understand the effect.
The one I used up was the mini size I received as a bonus for continuing my subscription! Even though it's a two-step process, it's not too much. It's easy to use and not too sticky. The full size is also perfect for travel. If you want something that's gentle on the skin, this is the one for you!
