Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have hard, thick hair, but unfortunately it didn't suit me (>_<) A hairdresser recommended it on Instagram, so I was curious and bought it. It has a thick texture and spreads well! However, if you don't think about the amount, it gets very sticky. In my case, if I put too much on, it gets sticky, but if I don't put enough on, it gets dry, so it was difficult to find the right amount. It was a shame because it looked good.

I've been using this shampoo series and liked the feel of it, so I decided to buy the hair oil. It moisturizes my hair without making it feel heavy.
I bought the shampoo, treatment, and mask all with Hydro Collagen. My hair is naturally soft, but after using it for over a week, I feel like it not only maintains the softness but also makes it smoother. I also want my hair to have more core so that it feels more supple, so I'm thinking of replacing the treatment and mask with Repair Vitamin C.
It's a decent product. If you're not used to heavy oils, it may be difficult to apply the right amount. I have semi-long hair, so I push it carefully. One push of the bottle feels like a lot of oil.
