I was looking for a foundation with a dewy finish, and a friend recommended this to me, so I gave it a try. It has SPF40 PA++++, which I'm very grateful for. It gives a dewy finish, lasts until the evening, and has a decent amount of coverage, so I keep using it. I use one pump for coverage and dewy finish, but if I want less shine, I adjust it to one pump less.

I used the Porcelain shade several times before the renewal, but even though it had the same color name, it was darker and I stopped buying it. Then, when the new Alabaster shade was released, I bought it. The new shade suited me better, so I'm glad I waited (lol). The texture is richer after the renewal. I have oily skin in the T-zone, so this shade tends to get shiny, but I like using it, even though it does tend to make pores on my cheeks more noticeable. I think it would suit people with dry skin. I also have the Alabaster cream foundation from the same series, and the cream foundation is brighter. The cream foundation also has a more radiant glow.

This was my first time using Bobbi Brown foundation, and it leaves my skin looking beautiful without feeling dry. I'm using the standard shade I received as a sample, but it seems a little dark. A slightly lighter shade might be better. It has a natural color, but I think it provides good coverage. I'm currently using it in the winter, but I feel like it tends to break down in the summer.
