Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have used this shampoo many times. It is the best shampoo for my hair.
I had used a sample before and liked it, so I bought it on suzykirei. It's a shame that I don't see it being sold in stores very often. (Maybe I just can't find it?) The shampoo lathers well, and the treatment leaves it moisturized. It leaves my hair smooth and shiny, which is nice. It has a nice scent and suits my hair type, so I'd like to buy it again.

It has a gentle scent, although people's tastes may differ. My hair feels rough after shampooing, but after using the conditioner it becomes smooth and silky after washing. I don't see this in stores near me, so I hope it's easy to get hold of.
I have thick, hard hair and I was worried about dryness, so I tried this and it was great. It's smooth, but it's easy to manage. I've used non-silicone shampoos up until now and I was worried about the squeaky feeling when rinsing, but this one didn't feel that way. I'll buy the actual product.
