How to use
[How to operate the main unit] Before use. Please charge the device. Before turning on the power. Please make sure the attachment is attached. 1. Turn on the power: Press the power button on the main unit once. (The attachment will start to move) ┗The power will turn on in LOW mode. 2. Select the mode ⇒ Press the power button again (total of 2 times). ┗It will switch to HIGH mode. 3. Turn off the power: Press the power button again (total of 3 times) (The attachment will stop working) 1. Forehead Press against the hairline for about 3 seconds and slowly slide it up to the top of the head x 3 sets 2. Sides of the head Press against the hairline for about 3 seconds and slowly slide it up to the top of the head x 3 sets 3. Back of the head Press against the hairline for about 3 seconds and slowly slide it up to the back of the head x 3 sets 4. Entire head Slowly slide it over the entire scalp from the hairline to the back of the head *Perform steps 1-4 similarly on the right half.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
