What it is
This powder foundation utilizes sebum to deliver a smooth, comfortable feel that "exceeds bare skin." It features "Sebum Transforming Technology" that transforms excess sebum and enhances the foundation's coverage. Even on skin prone to oiliness and stickiness, it effectively covers visible pores while preventing makeup from smudging, providing a long-lasting, translucent finish. SPF25 PA++. Non-comedogenic and allergy tested. (Note: This does not guarantee that all skin types will be acne-free or allergy-free.) It protects skin with blue light blocking (blue light blocking ingredients). Contains hyaluronic acid complex (glycerin, sodium hyaluronate, and silicate (Li/Mg/Na)) (moisturizing ingredients). (Note: This product is a refill; no case is included.)

How to use
Take an appropriate amount onto a sponge and spread evenly from the center of your face outwards. Finish with the remaining foundation on the sponge on your forehead, around your eyes, nose, and mouth. Please use it in the IPSA Powder Foundation Case e (sold separately). If you use too little, you will not get sufficient UV protection. We recommend using it in conjunction with a makeup base that provides UV protection. ☆ The SPF and PA indications on products are based on measurements taken after applying 2 mg per 1 cm2 of skin, as specified in the SPF test method.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's been quite a while since I last used powder foundation. Cushion and liquid foundations take a long time to apply, but this one is quick and easy to apply, so it saves time.
