How to use
Take one pump of the product into your hand, lather well, then wash your face and rinse thoroughly. There is no need to double cleanse. *If point makeup or mascara is difficult to remove, we recommend removing it with a commercially available remover before using this product.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It created a gentle foam and I often used it in the morning. It didn't leave my skin feeling tight at all and left my skin feeling moisturized. The scent didn't bother me.

It's a pump type, but it's a thick gel that's thick and creamy. Even though it's a gel, when you soak it in water it transforms into a fluffy foam, which is a strange feeling. My skin didn't feel tight or irritated after washing.
I think it depends on your skin type, but I don't feel dry after washing my face. Some cleansers can dry out my skin even when I wash my face in the bath, but this one doesn't. Sometimes when I use other cleansers, I feel a tingling sensation, so I always end up going back to this one.
