Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought it before the price increase! I use it in combination with lotion and milky lotion. It also goes well with other skin care products.
This summer, I let my guard down and my age spots started to increase, so I started using other whitening serums, but I was annoyed that I was now using more serums after applying lotion, so I found out that this serum should be used right after washing your face and bought it. I don't think cosmetics are effective on age spots that have already appeared, so I'm using it to prevent future age spots. I find it easier to use this before applying lotion, so next time I plan to buy the 50ml version.
I've repurchased the sample, 20ml, and 50ml twice, and I'd like to share my impressions. It's applied between the toner and emulsion, and it absorbs faster than Orbis or Fancl. It's really helpful. The dullness of my skin has clearly disappeared, and my mom friends have been telling me how white my skin looks! Every day, when I look in the mirror, I think, "I feel great!" It didn't remove the dark spots, though! I've stopped using it for now because I want to save money, but the redness and dullness have returned. I'm not sure if I should buy it again. It's expensive... Even the 50ml will be gone in two months if I use it morning and night. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who is struggling with dullness and can afford it!
I used the 50ml size morning and night and it lasted just under three months (two months and three weeks). I think it's good value for money. At the IPSA counter, I was told to take a small amount with a dropper and apply it, so I followed that amount. It blends in and penetrates quickly when applied, so I think it can be used in any season. As a user of the IPSA line, I think it penetrates well. The lotion, this Brightening Serum, Barrier Serum, and Target Advanced G in particular penetrate quickly and reduce skin care time compared to other brands. I don't know the effect of each product individually, but I used the line and none of them irritated my skin or caused any irritation. I have sensitive and dry skin, so I'm happy to have trouble-free cosmetics like IPSA.
