Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The scent is close to a natural rose, and the fragrance that fills the bathroom is soothing. Because it's a shower gel, it's easier to lather it up with a net, but it's still usable as is. I bought the large size, 750ml/3,520 yen, that was on sale in stores. If you like the scent, this size is by far the best value for money. I'd definitely buy it again.
It cleanses my skin fresh, doesn't dry it out, and smells great. The Body Shop shower gels are fun because they come in a variety of scents. I've used other scents several times, but rose is my favorite. I think I never get bored of it because it's not just rose. I'd like to continue using it.
