Description

This eyeshadow pencil creates plump, natural under-eye bags. It comes in five colors: two concealers that adhere closely to the eye area and tone it up, one eyeshadow that can also be used to emphasize the double eyelid, and two glitter colors that create watery eyes.

How To Use

Use concealer under the pupil to create a bright area for the under-eye bags. . Use eyeshadow to draw a shadow under the area that looks plump when you squint, then blend it out. . Finish by adding glitter to the inner corner of the eye or the area under the pupil of your choice.
