What it is
This eyeshadow pencil creates plump, natural under-eye bags. It comes in five colors: two concealers that adhere closely to the eye area and tone it up, one eyeshadow that can also be used to emphasize the double eyelid, and two glitter colors that create watery eyes.

How to use
Use concealer under the pupil to create a bright area for the under-eye bags. Use eyeshadow to draw a shadow under the area that looks plump when you squint, then blend it out. Finish by adding glitter to the inner corner of the eye or the area under the pupil of your choice.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

■033 Pure Beige: 4 stars. I've forgotten how I bought it, but it's easy to apply, has no glitter, and is natural-looking and easy to use. However, I compared it with CipiCipi's Light Beige, which I like and use on days when I have work or other plans, by switching sides on one half of my face. CipiCipi's finish is lighter yet still natural, and while it's slight, there's a noticeable difference. Even after a day's wear, CipiCipi's lasted, while this one faded. If I hadn't known about CipiCipi, I might have repurchased it, but since I'm not going to repurchase it now, I'm giving it 4 stars.
Up until now, applying concealer around the under-eye bags would cause irritation due to excessive oil, but this one doesn't irritate my skin at all...! (Joy) The soft tip applies color with just a stroke, so it's great to use without worrying about pigmentation. It doesn't break down over time, but rather fades, so you don't have to worry about your makeup coming off. It makes your under-eye bags look like you already have them, so I think it's perfect for natural makeup.
This is about my third bottle. I don't have any under-eye bags, so this is perfect for applying as a base. It's easy to blend, and eyeshadow goes on well, so it creates a three-dimensional look. It's reassuring to have one.
I have under-eye bags, but I have severe pigmentation, so I chose this product based on how well it blends in. I've tried Canmake and Shipi Shipi, but this is the most natural-looking.
Over time, the under-eye bags tend to turn black, but this doesn't change anything! This is the only product I can use!!
