Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's not heavy, clumpy, or sticky, and it really does accentuate my lashes, which is just right for me. (I have naturally long lashes.) The only disappointment is that the curl doesn't last as long as I'd hoped. Since it's a primer, you're supposed to layer it on top, but I don't think you need to. I hope it never runs out.
I use it as a base for Addiction mascara. My eyelashes stay firm and firm until night. If possible, it would be best if the product itself had volume.
I once had puffy eyes from a Draco mascara, so for the past few years I've only used ACSEINE mascara. I tried The Mascara Intense Lash during the 2025 holiday season and was amazed that my eyes didn't puff up! It does require more effort, so it can be a hassle at times, but I want to keep my lashes curling upward, so I'll continue using it.
This is my second one. I felt like my eyelashes were thinning, so I took a break from mascara and tried using this alone. I feel like my eyelashes are getting healthier again.
This is my second purchase. I really like it. The brush size is easy to use and it gives a delicate finish.
